Professor Harold is a seasoned Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with over thirty-five years of experience. He currently serves as a Professor and the Director at Alliance Ascent College, Alliance University, and previously held the position of Professor and Dean at CMS Business School, Jain (Deemed-to-be University). He also worked in senior management at the Infosys Leadership Institute.

Harold has authored over 100 articles and approximately 25 book chapters, boasting an h-index of 5 (Scopus) and 16, as well as an i10-index of 24 (Google Scholar). He has received more than 20 best paper awards and holds influential roles on the Executive and Academic Councils at Jain University and several top business schools in Bangalore.

His facilitation approach integrates research with diagnostic tools and reflective learning techniques. He has trained a diverse range of individuals, including managers and educators, and collaborated with organizations such as SODEXO, Boeing, and Infosys. Additionally, Harold is an elected member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) in the U.S.
