Registered as a Society, BIM is an autonomous School of Excellence of Bharathidasan University and is governed by an independent Board of Governors, with complete academic, administrative, and financial autonomy. The Hon’ble Governor of Tamil Nadu, as Chancellor of Bharathidasan University, has served as BIM’s Patron-in-Chief since 2003.
