Admissions Officer/Counselor

Educational Qualification:

First Class in any UG/PG Degree. An MBA would be an added advantage.

Experience:

At least 2-3 years’ experience in any administration department of a reputed organization preferably an educational institution. Knowledge in admission procedure in a business school would be an added advantage. Abilities to connect to gen-z. Must have good planning, networking and liasoning skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be efficient in MS-Office. Prepare reports and maintain admission records.

Job Description: Brief

The job involves performing academic and learning management, coordination and communication with internal and external faculty, students, corporate professionals, industry experts and relevant vendors.

Experience and Skills Required: The candidate should have at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in a professional B-School. Applicant should be dynamic, forward-thinking, and tech-savvy (particularly in using MS Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint., online teaching platforms like MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex etc.). Besides, the candidate should have high aptitude, service-orientation, quantitative abilities, documentation, communication-cum-drafting skills (in English) along with capabilities to manage operations, learning management system, managing academic resources, and learning infrastructure.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER / JUNIOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Educational Qualification:

  1. First class B.Com graduate and
  2. Full time MBA Finance / ICAI (Completed/Inter) / ICWAI (Completed/Inter) and
  3. Certificate course in TALLY ERP

Experience:

  1. At least 3 years’ experience in the accounts department of a reputed organization preferably an educational Institution
  2. Should be fluent in speaking and writing in English
  3. Knowledge of Tamil language is necessary
  4. Maintenance of Book of Accounts in TALLY
  5. Verification and accounting of all invoices/bills received from vendors & contractors
  6. Drafting of office note for approval of various activities like purchases, transfer of excess funds to term deposits etc.
  7. Ensuring timely payment to vendors
  8. Maintenance of petty cash
  9. Reconciliation of Bank Accounts
  10. Processing and filing of monthly GST returns
  11. Preparation of quarterly TDS returns
  12. Download & Issue of TDS certificates
  13. Maintenance of salary TDS files with respect to collecting of proof of investments from individual employees
