A widely experienced professional with more than 38 years’ experience in the fields of Technical, HR and Business. Worked in senior positions in various organizations and implemented various changes in different fields of management in many organizations to achieve organizational objectives. Prior to General Management assignment, I was engaged in production planning and plant operations in shipbuilding and industrial gas manufacturing industries.

In the last five years of formal career was responsible for international business of the Countries like China, Brazil and Indonesia as well as one of the Business Vertical within India as head of independent business units.

HR being the predominant field of work, currently engaged as a consultant and a visiting faculty of different organizations and business institutes.
