Dr. Kalyan Sengupta graduated from Warwick University in Engineering. After a few years in the UK, He took teaching as his profession. He spent long years in the IISWBM (Kolkata University) as professor and Head of Systems Management Department. Professor Sengupta took up Professorship in a number of places including ICF. I Business School, IMI and IMT Ghaziabad. Presently he is involved with BIM, Trichy, as Visiting Faculty and engaged in Analytical studies including HR Analytics and Digital HR.

A number of scholars achieved Ph.D. degree under Prof. Sengupta in various analytical areas, including Knowledge Management, Machine Learning. During the time he wrote several scholarly articles in international journals. He has strong contribution to industry and conducted a good amount of MDPs throughout India and abroad.
