FACULTY POSITIONS
Assistant Professor / Associate Professor in the following areas:
- Finance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Assistant Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant area from the NIRF top-ten-ranked institutes/ universities/IITs/IIMs.
- MBA or equivalent from IITs/IIMs and any top 20 NIRF-ranked institutions/universities. A minimum of two years of teaching/industry experience will be appreciated.
- Preference will be given to candidates with outstanding research credentials. At least two ABDC-B/Scopus-Q1 publications (published or accepted) in 2025.
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant area from the NIRF top-ten-ranked institutes/ universities/IITs/IIMs.
- MBA or equivalent from IITs/IIMs and any top 20 NIRF-ranked institutions/universities.
- Minimum of 8 years teaching/research/industrial experience, of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor post-PhD. Experience in supervising PhD Scholars will be appreciated.
- Preference will be given to candidates with outstanding research credentials. At least a total of 6 research publications in ABDC/ABS journals in the last five years, with at least two ABDC-B/Scopus-Q1 publications (published or accepted) in 2025.

NON-TEACHING POSITIONS
Placement Officer
- Postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university or institute of national repute.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or career services in a reputed management institution or corporate organization.
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with recruiters, alumni, and industry partners, and to facilitate internship and final placement activities.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills, with strong industry orientation and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office, database management, and ERP systems, with the ability to manage placement-related data, reports, and digital communication platforms effectively.
IT Support Engineer
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized university; Postgraduate qualification and relevant professional training are desirable.
- 5-7 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and user support in a large academic or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in LAN/WAN configuration, virtualization, cloud services, ERP systems, including LMS, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Ability to oversee campus-wide IT services, including Wi-Fi, internet, email systems, and hardware/software maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving, vendor coordination, and communication skills, with a commitment to ensuring secure and efficient IT operations.
Staff for the Office of the Controller of Examinations and Post-Graduate Programme
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university; postgraduate qualification is desirable.
- 2–5 years of relevant administrative experience in a large academic institution or similar organizational setting.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data management tools, accreditation processes, and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality in handling academic and examination-related records.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with faculty, students, and administrative offices, ensuring smooth and timely execution of institutional processes.
