Assistant Professor / Associate Professor in the following areas:

1. Marketing
2. Operations
3. Analytics

BIM follows the 7th pay recommendation for its faculty compensation, offering best-in-class perks, including a publication incentive, revenue sharing on consultancy/ MDP, and facilities, as well as a fantastic work environment for research and publication.

Candidates with UG, PG, and Ph.D. from IITs/IIMs and the top 20 NIRF-ranked institutions are preferred.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Assistant Professor

1. Ph.D. degree in the relevant area from the top 20 -NIRF-ranked institutions/ universities/IITs/IIMs.
2. First class or equivalent at Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from IITs/IIMs and any top 20 NIRF-ranked institution/universities. A minimum of two years of teaching/industry experience will be appreciated.
3. Preference will be given to candidates with outstanding research credentials. At least two ABDC-B publications (published or accepted) in 2023-24.
4. Teaching experience from AACSB/EQUIS/AMBA-accredited institutions will be preferred.

Associate Professor

1. Ph.D. degree in the relevant area and First class or equivalent at Bachelor’s & Master’s level in the relevant field from top 20 NIRF ranked institutions/ IITs/IIMs
   and
2. At least a total of 6 research publications in ABDC/ABS journal
   and
3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, out of which at least two years should be Post Ph.D. experience. Experience in supervising PhD Scholars will be appreciated.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with outstanding research credentials. At least two ABDC-B publications (published or accepted) in 2023-24.
5. Teaching experience from AACSB/EQUIS/AMBA-accredited institutions will be preferred.

Recruitment/ Placement Officer

Requisite Education and Experience

• MBA/PGDM from the top 20 NIRF-ranked/premier Business Schools with first-class.
• 8-10 years of work experience and a proven track record as a placement officer or of an equivalent role in any of the premier institutes.
• Candidates with experience in institutes such as IIMs, Premier B schools, or top universities will be preferred.
• Experience in equivalent corporate roles may also be considered.

Requisite Skills

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English.
• Outstanding Networking and People Management Skills.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours during the placement season.
• Proficiency in the usage of MS Office Tools.
• Ability to perform basic data analysis.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage teams and deliver placement results.
• Closely liaise with the existing recruiters.
• Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data with respect to the placement office.
• Examining industry trends in hiring and acting proactively to cultivate possible relationships.
• Management of Placement Office including calendar, budget, and coordination.
