Business education worldwide is witnessing a transition due to the changing business environment and technology adoption. So, business schools need to innovate with their pedagogy and teaching aids. The centre for case and pedagogy development would focus on
developing case studies, technical notes, and pedagogy tools that can provide a good learning experience to management graduates.

Focus areas

All areas of Management. The focus would be on developing interdisciplinary case studies, technical notes, and role-play or simulation games.

Working of the centre

All functional departments to come up with individual or joint proposals to develop any pedagogical tool – Case study, Technical notes or simulation games. The centre prefers to have interdisciplinary proposals from the functional areas. The centre also intends to conduct training programmes for external participants in pedagogy development in future.
