BIM Trichy is honoured to share that our alumnus from BIM23, Mr. Shiju Nesamony, Managing Director, Ethamozhy Coir Cluster Private Limited is featured in news for his creative talent of amalgamating technology with tradition to fabricate a range of cleaning products using 100% sustainable resources, scaling down the usage of plastics in households.
His initiative is regarded as an example of a small business based sustainable development innovation. It is a joint initiative of coir fibre entrepreneurs and the Government of India which strives to develop innovative products using Bristle Coir Fibre.
Mr. Shiju Nesamony is constantly striving to set up small businesses with a sustainable development model, encouraging local communities to take responsibility for their environment; that is when he believes that India will be truly self-reliant.
