BIM Trichy had immense pleasure conducting a three-day personal growth lab for the students of Batch 38 from 17th Nov 2021. Besides discovering the art of leadership and business acumen, practicing the ongoing personal development process is vital. Personal development offers oneself both the incentive and the means to become the best possible version of ourselves.
