BIM invites applications for the following faculty positions:
Assistant Professor / Associate Professor in the following areas:
- Finance
- HR
BIM follows the 7th pay recommendation for its faculty compensation, offering best-in-class perks, including publication incentives, revenue sharing from consultancy work.
Candidates with teaching experience at the NIRF top ten ranked institutes and having outstanding research contributions only need to apply. Recent PhD graduates with undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from NIRF’s top ten-ranked institutes are encouraged to apply
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Assistant Professor
- Ph.D. degree in the relevant area from the top 10 -NIRF-ranked institutions/ universities/IITs/IIMs.
- First class or equivalent at Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from IITs/IIMs and any top 10 NIRF-ranked institution/universities. A minimum of two years of teaching/industry experience will be appreciated.
- Preference will be given to candidates with outstanding research credentials. At least two ABDC-B publications (published or accepted) in 2024-25.
- Teaching experience from AACSB/EQUIS/AMBA-accredited institutions will be preferred.
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. degree in the relevant area and First class or equivalent at Bachelor’s & Master’s level in the relevant field from top 10 NIRF ranked institutions/ IITs/IIMs
and
- At least a total of 6 research publications in ABDC/ABS journal
and
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, out of which at least two years should be Post Ph.D. experience. Experience in supervising PhD Scholars will be appreciated.
- Preference will be given to candidates with outstanding research credentials. At least two ABDC-B publications (published or accepted) in 2024-25.
- Teaching experience from AACSB/EQUIS/AMBA-accredited institutions will be preferred.
