Industry and Academic Experience:

• Prashant is an adjunct faculty (Professor of Practice) at Jagdish Sheth School of Management, Bangalore.
• He is a successful business leader and is credited with setting up and growing a manufacturing enterprise, TEI Technologies, as CEO/MD. Led the company from a start-up to a revenue of Rs. 75 Crores in 2007, with P&L responsibility.
• Credited with setting up Form Synergies, a Private Equity Fund that he runs as a General Partner.
• Prashant comes with International exposure, demonstrated capability in managing cross cultural issues, and ability to negotiate in multicultural environment.
• He has taken senior level positions at Tyco Electronics (TE Connectivity) and Indus Venture Management.
• As his passion, he has taught ‘Corporate Valuation’ for the past nine years in various business schools including IIM Bangalore, IIM Visakhapatanam, Symbiosis, NMIMS and many others.
• At IIM Nagpur Prashant has conducted a workshop on “Valuation of Startups”.
• Prashant is a regular mentor NSRCEL (IIMB) and BITS Pilani.
