Frequently Asked Questions
OpsXcelerate is open to students (UG/PG), research scholars, and young innovators from any discipline. Teams may consist of up to 3 members.
- Fill out the online registration form (link available on the website).
- Pay the registration fee and upload the payment receipt (PDF/DOC).
- Each team member must register individually, using the same team name to be grouped together.
- Submit a concept note highlighting the problem, proposed solution, feasibility, and innovation quotient.
- Submission must be in document format (PDF/DOC).
- File Naming Format: Round1_TeamName
- Last date to submit ideation: 01/10/2025
- Shortlisted teams develop working models.
- Submit a video demo /short presentation.
- Submissions should be sent via email (Google Drive/OneDrive links allowed).
- Last date to submit prototypes: 05/10/2025
- Live OpsXcelerate sprint with mentoring, jury evaluation, and final pitch presentations.
- Teams present their working model + pitch deck to industry experts and faculty panel.
- Teams from outside Tamil Nadu can participate in the Grand Finale in hybrid/online mode.
