Who can participate in OpsXcelerate?

OpsXcelerate is open to students (UG/PG), research scholars, and young innovators from any discipline. Teams may consist of up to 3 members.

How do I register?
  1. Fill out the online registration form (link available on the website).
  2. Pay the registration fee and upload the payment receipt (PDF/DOC).
  3. Each team member must register individually, using the same team name to be grouped together.
What are the OpsXcelerate Phases?
Phase 1 – Ideation (Online)
  • Submit a concept note highlighting the problem, proposed solution, feasibility, and innovation quotient.
  • Submission must be in document format (PDF/DOC).
  • File Naming Format: Round1_TeamName
  • Last date to submit ideation: 01/10/2025
Phase 2 – Prototype / Proof-of-Concept (Online/E-mail)
  • Shortlisted teams develop working models.
  • Submit a video demo /short presentation.
  • Submissions should be sent via email (Google Drive/OneDrive links allowed).
  • Last date to submit prototypes: 05/10/2025
Phase 3 – Grand Finale (Hybrid for teams from other than TN state, Onsite at BIM, Trichy for TN teams)
  • Live OpsXcelerate sprint with mentoring, jury evaluation, and final pitch presentations.
  • Teams present their working model + pitch deck to industry experts and faculty panel.
  • Teams from outside Tamil Nadu can participate in the Grand Finale in hybrid/online mode.
