Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM) emphasizes case-study method of teaching to impart theoretical knowledge set in the context of real-life industry situations. Dr. C.N.S.Ramnath Babu leads the case-study method of learning program at BIM. We offer MDP and FDP in case-method based learning to practitioners that enhances analytical skills and builds managerial competencies to have fresh perspectives on old problems or test standard solutions to new problems in the highly competitive business environment for decision making.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Ramnath Babu conducted a training program on \u201cCase Study Method: A Management Tool\u201d for the employees of L&T Limited during 17-21 January 2023. This program was offered online. The focus of this workshop was on contemporary industry challenges faced in different functional areas.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

About 30 members from different departments at various levels participated in the programme. The participants participated enthusiastically throughout the sessions and found the selection of cases relevant to the changing business scenarios. They felt that the sessions were very enriching and very helpful for their career development.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
