of Academic and Administrative experience. She has worked as a faculty in Economics Area in different colleges and Universities for 11 years. Prior to joining BIM, she worked as an Assistant Professor in the area of Finance and Economics at Jagdish Sheth School of Management, Bangalore.<\/p><p>Her doctoral thesis is \u201cA socio-economic analysis of clay model industry of Krishnanagar, West Bengal\u201d. Her research interests include social economics, women empowerment, and developmental and financial economics. She has many publications to her credit, having presented at many national and international conferences.
