Services Business Leader, HP inc.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Visiting Faculty<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Area:&nbsp;Marketing and Digital Business and Analytics<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nash is currently the HP Store International, Services Business Leader, HP inc. In this role, he is responsible for profitable revenue growth of Life cycle services (Consumer PC, Commercial PC, Print services) across APJ and EMEA stores.<\/p>\n<p>For 7 years till 2022, he was General Manager of India Market for E-Commerce and Digital GTM, HP inc. As Ecommerce head, Nash and his team were responsible for P&amp;L (Revenue, GM, Opex) and TCE (Total Customer Experience) for HP Store \u2013 HP Inc India\u2019s own online business. It includes End-to-end management from Product Category, Pricing, Digital Marketing, Sales via Web and Call Centres to Supply chain and Logistics. As Digital GTM lead, Nash and his team were responsible to build and maintain the Omnichannel technology, analytics and marketing platforms for 600+ HP World Retail stores in 300+ cities.<\/p>\n<p>Nash is an Engineer and an MBA with over three decades experience. He joined HP in 1997 as PC Product Manager. Some of his other roles in HP include being the Asia-Pacific-Japan Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for HP Technology Services (TS) business, APJ SMB &amp; Channel Marketing Director, HP India Technology Services GM. He also setup India\u2019s first online store for PCs for Compaq in year 2000 and made it India\u2019s largest e-Commerce site by revenue in 2001.<\/p>\n<p>Nash completed his Mechanical Engineering from PSG Tech Coimbatore and his MBA from BIM Trichy as a rank student. He also completed executive programs from IIM-Bangalore, INSEAD Singapore and Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is a visiting professor for E-Commerce at BIM, Trichy. Nash is a Biker and Blogger. And has passion for photography, reading and travel. In 2023, Nash won the Distinguished alumni from BIM Trichy &amp; Global Top 200 Marketer (CMO) award from White Page International, London, UK.
