Jain Institute of Management &amp; Research<\/li>\n<li>BE Mechanical from Malaviya National Institute of Technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Venu is a Digital Advisory, Industry 4.0, Domain Consulting and Industry leader with over 24 years of diverse experience in business consulting, digital\/IOT technologies and industry practitionership.<\/p>\n<p>At Bosch, he is leading the Digital Advisory and Industry 4.0 practice of Bosch Digital business unit. His primary focus is on advising and consulting global corporations in designing digital transformation roadmap, and partnering with them in the execution journey. IOT, Industry 4.0 and other digital technology based offerings and products along with Bosch\u2019s \u201csensor-software-service\u201d capabilities demonstrated across its own 270+ manufacturing plants as well as the deep and vast experience of global client programs play the crucial knowledge and technology foundation. Venu\u2019s current focus is on Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, CPG, Energy and Utilities segments.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to Bosch, Venu was the Global Head of the Domain Consulting practice at Infosys focused on Manufacturing, Auto, High Tech, Resources &amp; Agri, and Telco OEM industry segments. He led a global team of 320 Domain Consultants and Business Analysts spread across the US, Europe and Asia regions impacting client engagements and relationships. He incubated the practice from scratch, and led its growth from the front. He has led various market development initiatives, consulting assignments, development of innovative offerings based on IOT\/Digital\/Analytics, and played pivotal roles in org initiatives such as Alliances and Product Development<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, he was the Operations Manager at a plant-SBU at Huhtamaki and was part of the leadership team that turned around a newly acquired loss making unit into a best in class operating unit. He also led the Quality Mgmt movement at two SBUs and worked on client relationship and sales\/service support areas.
