She has 18 years of experience in teaching and the IT industry. Her area of interest in research and teaching includes Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, Technology Readiness, Technology for Sustainability and Technology for Internationalization. She is a certified ERP-SAP trainer. She is zealous about analytics especially visual analytics and has proficiency in using Tableau, PowerBI and Python. She is an avid user of Statistical tools and Data Analysis tools such as SPSS, SmartPLS, SEM, R, Python.
