I am a Digital Transformation professional with International Business background and experience in Business Development. I help Fortune 1000 companies transform their business operations so that they could fight back in the competitive market. I understand the pain points of my customers and help them get the best solutions and services along with professional advisory services.
I started working with Tech Mahindra Ltd as a Business Transformation Consultant (Incubation factory) and Strategic Alliance Manager. Some of the key areas where I have gathered experience are F&A, Supply Chain and Procurement, Strategic Initiatives, Go-To-Market, Partnerships and Alliances. I was also Consultant to E-commerce operations and have successfully done various cost-saving, Automation, AI & Analytics projects for the same. Then I worked with DXC Technology as an Sales Solutioning / Offering Solution Architect/ Presales Consultant role as well as part of Strategic Initiative named Velocity Center (Up selling and Cross-selling activities). Currently I work with AutoRABIT (a Full In Partners funded San Francisco based SaaS product startup which is into DevOps Automation in Salesforce Ecosystem) as a Channel Partner Manager managing Global SI, ISV and SMB partners Globally.
I have pursued Global MBA and MS Business Administration from Premier B-schools across the globe (Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, INDIA and Fordham University GSB, USA). I have a Global Business Outlook and my program has equipped me with modern management tools and techniques which are beneficial for managing changing business environments. I have hands-on multi-cultural team management skills and corporate training (CCT) on intercultural business awareness across the globe.
