Widely traveled globally, Dr Subhash Rastogi, has 47 years of experience with world-class B-Schools, MNCs, Corporate Education & Professional Bodies. A blend of expertise of Biz Mgt, Lean Construction, Project Mgt, Manufacturing Mgt & Digital Tech., also has synergy of experience in Academia and Industry.

Thru’ his start-up, BT & BT Mgt. Consultancy (www.btbt.co.in), Dr. Rastogi established Hyderabad Hub of ILCE (Inst. for Lean Construction Excellence). Earlier he created & developed corporate Academies, namely “EAS Academy”, for HCL Technology, “Enterprise Solutions (ES) Academy” for Infosys (2005-2009), “Project Mgt.CoE ” for Satyam (now Tech Mahindra) ,“ERP School” for Baan Inst. India.

B. Tech &M.Tech from prestigious I.I.T., Kanpur, and fellowship (Ph.D.) from NITIE, he completed many Certifications from Stanford University, the George Washington University, PMI, USA, APO, Japan etc.

He has vast consulting experience in large Corporate Houses in Government Service Sector, Private Sector, and Public Sectors, like Reliance, L&T Construction, ONGC, Voltas, Mazagon Dock, NAA, RCF, Asian Paints, Space Matrix, Shapoorji Pallonji Mid East LLC, Ferring Pharma, Odisha PWD etc. Trained more than 3000 executives in US, Europe, APAC to MNCs, private/ public/ government/ service sectors, also presented several papers International Conferences in Thailand, Australia, Chile, Japan, and USA, besides being an author of an international book. His next book on “Construction Quality Management: in Construction 4.0 Environment” is ready for publication.He served as Member, Advisory Group, Registered Education Providers (REP), PMI, USA, 2008-2010, also held executive positions in PMI-Education Foundation, USA, PMI-Pearl City Chapter, PMI Team India. He is currently Director, Board of Engineers Without Borders, India. He has also started and promoting a voluntary initiative LeanForFarmers, to create benefits of productivity sciences for very small farmers.
